As a mother of two elementary-aged children, I bring warmth, patience, creativity, and genuine care to every learning experience. I am passionate about helping young children feel safe, valued, confident, and excited to explore the world around them through play, movement, music, stories, and hands-on activities.

I hold an MBA in Finance and have worked in corporate finance, where I developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Beyond my professional career, I have volunteered to provide financial education for lower-income individuals and families in the Seattle community. I have also actively supported many school activities, spending time caring for children and helping create positive, engaging environments where they can learn and thrive.

My goal is to make every child’s day joyful, meaningful, and filled with opportunities to grow—socially, emotionally, and academically.

Ms. Isaikavi Arasu Santhi

As a mother of two young children under the age of 5, I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and confident to learn and grow. With a background in Engineering and an MBA, experience as an assistant teacher, and volunteering as a tutor in multiple organizations, I am passionate about supporting children through play-based learning, curiosity, creativity and individualized guidance. My goal is to help every child feel valued, encouraged, and excited about learning.
